The RC Pets Exchange Program is a unique, market-leading program designed to support retail customers that have partnered with RC Pets. The program allows for an exchange of products in-store (terms & conditions apply) for an associated order.
The program is designed to support sell through, colour and design selection and inventory turns at the store level.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
- Annual net purchases of $2,500+
- In Good Standing and current with payment.
EXCHANGE TERMS:
- A new order must be placed at the time of the exchange.
- The exchange order must be at least 2X the value of the products being returned.
- The minimum exchange return value is $150.
- All exchanges require Sales Rep approval prior to return authorization being issued.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Products must be in clean, saleable condition. Non-saleable examples include items with fur, dirt, or damage such as holes from security tags.
- Product must have been in-store for a minimum of 6 months.
- Clearance items are marked final sale, and not eligible for exchange.
- Discontinued items will only be accepted up to 6 months after discontinuation.
- Products classified as Apparel are not eligible for exchange.
- Our Artist Series and other limited-edition programs are created in collaboration with independent artists who are compensated for their original work. These products are produced in limited quantities and because of their unique nature and limited availability, Artist Series items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- USA Only: Only non-tariffed, CUSMA eligible products are accepted as part of the program.
- RMA’s must be submitted on a valid RMA form. Any item not listed on the RMA form will not be accepted and is not eligible for return.
